Congress senior leader slips in Bathroom; Fractured leg

Congress senior leader G Venkataswamy (Kaka) injured himself after slipping in the bathroom at his farmhouse in Sankarpalli.As per reports. Kaka arrived at his farmhouse at Sankarpalli of Ranga Reddy district on Monday morning.
At around 4.30 in the evening, he entered the bathroom which was wet, slipped and fractured his leg. His was rushed to Care Hospital, Banjara Hills in 108 vehicle.
Venkataswamy earlier represented the Peddapalli constituency of Andhra Pradesh and is a member of the Indian National Congress (INC) political party. He is popularly known as Kaka or Gudisela Venkataswamy.He is in the forefront in the struggle for creation of separate state of Telangana
Both his sons Gaddam Vinod and Gaddam Vivekananda were in politics and served as MLA and MP respectively.Venkatswamy had faced illegal issues regarding land grabbing case in High Court of Andhra Pradesh, against Srikanth, Tollywood actor.
More details are waited by his close aides say there is nothing to worry as he suffered only minor injuries.
