Congress Veteran Ahmed Patel Admitted To ICU After His Health Condition Deteriorated

Congress veteran and Rajya Sabha member Ahmed Patel was admitted to a private hospital in Gurgoan on Sunday for further treatment after his health condition deteriorated.
Mr. Patel's son Faisal Patel took to the Microblogging site Twitter to announce the news of the Member of Parliament getting admitted to the Intensive Care Unit.
"On behalf of his family, we would like to share that Shri Ahmed Patel had tested positive for Covid-19 a few weeks ago. He has now been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of Medanta Hospital, Gurgaon for further treatment," his Tweet read.
In his tweet, Faisal added that his father's health condition is stable and requested everyone to prat for his speedy recovery.
The Rajya Sabha member has tested positive for Covid-19 in the first week of October and has been treated for the pandemic since then.
