Deputy CM Post - Threat To JD (S)-Congress!

JD (S)-Congress combine has somehow managed to form the government overcoming all the hurdles created by BJP. And now, Allotment of portfolios has been posing a threat to the new government.
There is still no clarity over Two Deputy CM posts demanded by Congress Party. The National Party is also demanding crucial Finance, Revenue, PWD and Petroleum Portfolios as part of the power sharing deal. This is why there is a delay in the allotment of portfolios.
Post the Floor Test, CM HD Kumaraswamy and Karnataka Congress Leaders held meetings with Congress High Command in Delhi. Both the parties are very particular about having Finance Portfolio is their control. When JD (S)-Congress formed Government in 2004, Then Deputy CM Siddaramaiah handled Finance Portfolio. So now, Congress has been seeking this crucial portfolio for sacrificing CM post. Both the parties couldn't reach an understanding so far. Confusion over allotment of portfolios could be cleared mostly after Rahul Gandhi's return to India.
On the other hand, Prakash Raj appealed JD (S)-Congress to begin ruling without any further delay. There is every possibility of BJP taking advantage of the situation if it's stretched any longer.
