Cop Suspended For Sitting In Female Colleague's Lap

A middle aged police officer from Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir was suspended after being photographed with a woman. A photograph of the white-bearded policeman sitting in the lap of a woman colleague inside the police station while being in uniform went viral on social media.
An identified person recorded the incident through his cellphone and uploaded it online, following which the video went viral. The head constable Zakir Hussain posted at Police Station Budhal was suspended after the probe and higher officials attached him to the District Police Lines for this shameful act.
The incident took place in August this year and DIG ordered an investigation into the incident, leading to the suspension of police.DIG said a detailed probe has been ordered and action has been initiated against the woman SPO and others of the department involved in.
