Cops Thrashed Inside Police Station In AP

In a shocking incident, A Sub-Inspector and three Constables were assaulted inside a police station in the Nellore District of Andhra Pradesh on Wednesday evening. All of them have been undergoing treatment in the hospital.
Reportedly, A group of locals barged into the Rapur police station and attacked the Cops after three individuals were called for questioning. The assault has been captured using mobiles.
Deputy SP Ram Babu told stringent action would be taken against everybody involved in the attack on the police station.
A Local said, Cops had called Pichchaiah, Lakshmamma and Kanakamma based on the complaint of Ravi. Assaulting the trio in the police station angered their relatives. Along with few locals, They barged into the police station and beaten up the cops.
