Court allows Star Hero to leave the Country
By: Tupaki Desk | 26 May 2015 11:25 AM GMTBombay High Court Today granted permission for Bollywood star Salman Khan to travel to Dubai for taking part in a show scheduled to happen on May 29th.
Salman's Counsel appealed the Court to allow his client to be out of the country as he was supposed to attend the Indo-Arab Bollywood Awards in Dubai between May 27th and 30th.
Justice Shalini Phansalkar said Salman's appeal has been considered as he is ready to abide by the conditions imposed in the bail granted to him. While granting permission, She ordered the actor to furnish the details of his travel plans and his lodging in Dubai. He was also directed to share his contact details with the Mumbai Police.
Salman Khan was convicted in 2002 hit-and-run case and imprisoned for 5 years on May 6th. However, Bombay High Court suspended the sentence within 2 days and granted bail but laid down a condition that the actor should seek court's permission to travel abroad.
