Court Draws Boundaries for Assembly Powers YCP leader unhappy

The Andhra Pradesh High Court gave a piece of good news to Amaravati farmers and leaders who have been fighting against the three capitals proposal for 800 odd days on Thursday. Hearing a bunch of petitions, the division bench said that Amaravati should be developed as per the CRDA Act and the flats should be handed over to farmers in three months.
This has made the YCP supporters and leaders unhappy and they are expressing their sadness over this. But a leader had crossed the line and raised his objections to the observations made by the High Court while giving the verdict.
YCP leader and former MP Modugla Venugopala Reddy had reportedly said that the High Court is not taking all the issues related to the Amaravati issue and a few issues are only getting considered.
Mentioning a petition that he had filed in the past on the state bifurcation, Modugula asked why the petition was not heard by the court. Recalling the injustice that was done to AP, Reddy blamed Congress and BJP for their respective parts.
The former MP was also not happy with the fact that AP Court said the Assembly has no power to enact laws. He asked are the courts trying to disrespect the Indian Constitution written by Ambedkar.
Stressing the point that the laws on three capitals were made in the Assembly House, the former MP wondered how come the acts are not valid when the due process was followed by the government.
