Court Gives Much-needed Relief For MLC Kavitha!

The political heat in Telnagaana increased at once with the intense war of words between BJP and TRS over the alleged role of Chief Minister KCR's daughter Kavitha in the much-talked-about excise policy scam in the national capital Delhi. The BJP is strongly alleging that Javitha would have a role to play in the scam.
With the Chief Minister's daughter's name getting dragged, the TRS leaders became alert and started a defense against Kavitha saying that BJP is just making things to target the TRS. However, the supporters of the BJP are sharing and posting on the liquor issue on social media against Kavitha.
Amid this, Kavitha got a big relief as a session court issued orders saying that no one should criticize Kavitha on social media or media channels as far as the scam is concerned. Having issued the orders, the court also served notices to a few BJP leaders in connection with the case.
It is a much-needed relief for Kavitha, who has been facing severe heat from the BJP leaders. The BJP leaders might challenge this in the upper court and the supporters of the BJP might even post against her on social media. Tracking such comments is very tough. We have seen how the CBI is struggling to arrest those who comment against Judicray in AP.
