Court Rejects Bail Petition Of JC Prabhakar And His Son

It is a known news that JC Prabhakar Reddy and his son Ashmit Reddy were arrested in connection with large scale vehicle scam. TDP has been raising the alarm saying that it is an illegal arrest. They even boycotted the assembly in protest.
In this context, JC Prabhakar Reddy and his son moved to the court requesting bail. However, the court refused to grant bail to JC and gave them to Police custody for two days.
If the arrest was illegal then the court would have initially denied their arrest. It would bail them out and make the police continue their investigation. But the court found that the officials submitted valid evidence against JC Prabhakar and his son. Currently, Prabhakar Reddy and Ashmith Reddy are in Kadapa jail.
