The CBI Court took the decision after hearing a petition filed by Jagan Mohan Reddy on October 11 seeking permission to relax bail conditions. In the petition, Jagan apprised the court that a precarious situation is prevailing in the State and his presence is needed since he leads a political party and also he is an MP.
He had argued that he needs to reach out to people to know about their problems. He also told the court that he ought to complete the "Odarpu Yatra" to go and meet the bereaved families of those who had committed suicide or died of heart attack following the sudden demise of former Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhar Reddy.
