Court Sends Jubilee Hills Case Accused to Custody!

Days after coming to light, the heinous crime of alleged gang rape of a 17-year-old girl in Jubilee Hills saw a sensational development after five accused including an MLA's son got arrested. Reports say that as of now, as of now, as many as six people including a major were arrested.
The issue is a sensitive one given the political angle in it. Now the accused who were arrested in connection with the case knocked on the doors of the court to get a bail. While the cops want to grill the accused to get information, the court gave its nod for the custody of accused Saduddin Malik(18), who stays in Puppalaguda in Manikonda. The custody will start on Thursday.
According to the version of the cops, cases were filed in a manner that the culprits cannot escape. Having said that, the cops also alleged that accused might have shot the videos while sexually assaulting the victim. But who gave the video to the Old City resident who posted online is the main question here.
With the court granting permission for the custody of the accused, it is expected that we might get to know more details about the case. Many have the common doubt of whether the issue was a planned one or not. Once the custody starts and the police grills the accused we might get to know more details.
On the other hand, the cops recorded the statement of the accused twice in connection with the case. It is said that the cops have a few doubts after the statement was recorded. To clear the doubts the custody was sought and the Court gave its nod for the same.
Earlier, BJP MLA Raghunandan Rao surprised everyone by revealing the pictures and videos of the accused. On the charges of revealing the victim's identity, the cops filed a case against him. Replying to the same, he said that, he knows the law and he did not do anything wrong.
A few school students and their friends decided to party and a Pub was booked for the same. At the party, the accused met the girl and took her with them on the pretext of dropping her.
