Priety Zinta finally got a huge relief in the cheque bounce case she has been troubled since few years. A Metropolitan Magistrate Court acquitted Preity Zinta from from the cheque bounce case.
In 2013, Script Writer Abbas Tyrewala filed a cheque bounce case against Preity Zinta. Saying that Preity had issued a cheque of Rs 18.9 lakhs to him as remuneration for penning the script of 'Ishq in Paris', Abbas told the court that the cheque bounced due to lack of sufficient funds in the account.
Priety's Lawyer Hitesh Jain told his client has given the cheque to Abbas Tyrewala on the assurance that he wouldn't deposit it without informing her. However, The Writer broke the rule to encash the cheque and Preity can't be faulted for it. So, The Magistrate gave an judgement in favor of the 'Rajakumarudu' Actress.
