The Telangana High Court which heard a petition filed on transporting stranded migrant laborers from Hyderabad to Bihar expressed its dissatisfaction with the South Central Railway refusing to add one more bogie to transport the migrants.

The constitutional bench headed by Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan directed the Divisional Railway Manager to appear before the court in this regard. The bench also comprises Justice B. Vijaysen Reddy.

CJ Raghvendra Singh Chauhan wondered what's the difficulty in attaching a single bogie to the train to transport the standard migrants. He asked SCR counsel Pushpinder Kaur is there any bar in the law to not attract extra bogie to the train?

He recalled an exemplar where special bogies were arranged for a marriage party and asked why they can't attach an extra bogie for the migrants.

The bench also fired at the district collector for misleading them by providing false information that the Manoranjan Complex in Secunderabad doesn't have space to accommodate the migrant workers.
