COVID-19 Cases Continue To Rise In Andhra Pradesh

The total count of the positive cases in Andhra Pradesh jumped to 2205 with 48 fresh cases reported in the state in the past 24 hours. There are 803 active cases in the state with 1353 patients managed to recover from the virus and got discharged from the hospital accordingly.
The safety measures and precautions taken by the state government did not help in stopping the spread of the virus as the positive cases were being reported almost every day.
To date, 49 succumbed to the fatal virus in the state. Talking about the newly reported cases, Kurnool, Nellore, and Guntur report 9 cases each while Chittor, Krishna, Visakhapatnam, and West Godavari reported 8,7,4 and 1 positive cases reportedly.
Talking about the districts with the most positive cases of COVID-19, Guntur, Kurnool, Nellore, and Krishna are the top four districts with the most cases and they contain around 80% of the total cases.
