COVID Deaths Surpassed One Lakh Worldwide

Going by the reports of Hopkins University, the USA recorded more than 2,000 deaths due to the virus on Friday making it the highest single-day deaths in the world.
18,758 deaths were reported in the US as of Saturday while Italy tops the list in terms of deaths with 18,849. Spain has turned out as the third nation to report the highest deaths with 16,081 deaths.
1,218,925 active cases were reported worldwide while 376,184 cases were recovered completely. Talking about India 239 deaths were reported in India while 7,447 cases have been recorded.652 people were recovered and discharged so far.
