The person is said to have caught the Cvid virus back in 2020 and carried the same till 2021. Due to the devastating impact on his immune system with long-lasting Covid, he suffered his last. The experts say that, as he underwent the Covid tests, his case came to light and there might be some other people with a similar condition.
The case of the patient came to light when an infectious disease expert carried out a study on how long-lasting infections will impact the patients. As many as nine patients were examined by the expert and interesting points were noted.
The study found that five patients have managed to beat the virus, while two patients were declared cured without any treatment. However, the expert said that it needs more study to conclude the issue.
