Australia's great Shane Warne is regarded as one of the best spinners to have ever played the game. Even the greatest batsmen of all time feared to play his deliveries. That is the impact he had on the game. He is a celebrated player not only in Australia but across the globe. Even kids try to mimic his bowling action.

The legendary player had breathed his last on Friday night. He was reportedly found in an unconscious stage and it is suspected that he would have died from a heart attack. Shane Warne was 52 when he passed away.

After the news broke out, several former cricketers and current cricketers are mourning the sudden demise of the legendary player. Sachin Tendulkar, who has a long friendship with Warne said that he had gone too young and he is shocked knowing this.

"Shocked, stunned & miserable…Will miss you Warnie. There was never a dull moment with you around, on or off the field. Will always treasure our on field duels & off field banter. You always had a special place for India & Indians had a special place for you. Gone too young!," Sachin Tendulkar tweeted.

The Australian cricketers, Pakistan former cricketers, and others have condoled the death of the veteran spinner. The former players who played with him or against him have recalled his friendly nature and how he would bring energy to the field.

The cricket fraternity is still unable to digest the news that Shane Warne had left the world. The cricketers are mourning the death of the great player and such messages have been pouring in from yesterday.

Shane Warne is not just a legendary player, he is a great leader as well. During his prime time, he took the Kangaroo team Australia to a World Cup win in 1999 against Pakistan. Australia would have not won the final without his heroics with the ball. Shane Warne took four wickets in the final.

Shane Warne's legacy as the skipper continues in the Indian Premier League as well. Under his captaincy, the Rajasthan Royals had won the inaugural trophy. He took the team towards the trophy with young and inexperienced players.
