68 CRPF jawans Tested COVID-19 Positive

The positive cases in Delhi are increasing rapidly as sixty eight Central Reserve Police Force(CRPF) jawans at a camp in the East Delhi area were infected with th COVID 19 virus.
The newly reported cases take the toll of the positive cases of COVID 19 in the battalion based out of the East Delhi area to 122. All these jawans were from the 31st battalion in Delhi's Mayur Vihar Phase 3.
The total cases of the Coronavirus in CRPF has increased to 127 with this. As of now a CRPF jawan recovered from the fatal virus while one jawan breathed his last breath fighting the virus.
Earlier, a CRPF personnel who is 55 years old from the same battalion lost his life to the dreaded virus who was a sub inspector. After developing the positive symptoms of COVID 19 he was admitted to the Safdarjung hospital.
