Cyberabad Drunk and Drive Program: 3751 cases booked so far!

To curb drunk driving in Hyderabad city, which recorded one of the highest drunk and drive cases and accidents in the previous year, the Cyberabad Police Commissioner announced that a drunk and drive program will be held for one week.
The announcement was made ahead of the New Year celebrations. Going by the announcement, a drunk and drive program has been conducted from the 31st of December.
The Cyberabad Traffic Police revealed the details of the Drunk and Drive program conducted so far. Nearly, 3571 drunk and drive cases were booked in the Cyberabad limits.
A major share of motorists against whom, the Drunk and Drive cases were registered belonged to the age group of 26-45 years. While 346 persons were booked between Sunday night and Monday morning.
Taking about the drunk and drive program, the Cyberabad Traffic Police said that the drive will continue till the time motorists leave the habit of driving after taking alcohol.
