D Srinivas appointed as Special Advisor

After much deliberation,Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao took the decision to appoint senior politician D Srinivas who joined the ruling party a month ago as a Special Advisor to Telangana Government. KCR who is currently in his Medak farmhouse telephoned DS to share the news.
Telangana Government issued a GO on Friday confirming Cabinet Rank to D Srinivas and Special Advisor for Inter-State related matters. This appointment will last for a period of one year and a call will be taken by CM on the extension or termination based on the productivity.
In the GO, It was mentioned that D Srinivas will be receiving a monthly salary of Rs 1 lakh apart from other facilities & allowances. About 5 people were asked to work under him in his office.
D Srinivas worked twice as PCC Chief in United AP. He was denied MLC seat by Congress leadership and hence he shifted loyalties to TRS. Now, He is all set to play a key role in TRS Government.
