Data Theft Case related to the IT Grids created a sensation with Cyberabad Police confirming that the Company has access to personal data of four crore Andhrites. Cyberabad CP Sajjanar assured stringent action against anyone involved in the Data Theft Case. He added, 'If needed, We will serve notices to AP Ministers and Officials. AP Police has been trying to stall the investigation'.
Cyberabad Police has been enquiring how IT Grids was able to collect Aadhaar Info of AP Voters and the manner in which Cloud Technology was used for the conspiracy. Cops have been suspecting thousands of Form 7 Applications have been moved online based on this data to remove valid votes from the voter list. While YCP alleged close to 60 lakh bogus votes have been in AP and accused TDP of scrapping the votes of YCP Sympathisers, TDP complains YCP has been attempting to scrap 8 lakh votes. Chief Electoral Officer Dwivedi assured not even a single vote will be removed without inquiry.
