News of a Drunk Man kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 9-Month-Old Baby in Telangana on June 20th left the Telugu People stunned. A landmark judgement has been delivered by a Fast Track Court in this sensational case.
The Accused, identified as 25-Year-Old K Praveen, kidnapped the Infant who was sleeping next to her Mother. Parents who went in search of the missing baby found Praveen indulging in unpardonable act. The Youth was handed over to the police.
Within 50 days from the day of crime, A Fast Track Court in Warangal found Praveen guilty of committing the heinous crime. Death Penalty was awarded for the Accused in the rape case.
