We have seen Overseas market for Telugu films booming from the past two years and the same factor is encouraging the new faces to test their with the theatrical rights.
Naveen, an NRI, has bagged the Overseas theatrical rights of four biggies. It must be said that all the deals were closed for astonishing prices. Here is the list Â…
1) Pawan Kalyan - Trivikram's film - Rs 7 crore.
2) Ram Charan's Yevadu - Rs 4 crore with Rs 50 lakhs recoverable.
3) NTR's Ramayya Vastavayya - Rs 4 crore with Rs 50 lakhs recoverable.
4) NTR-Santosh Srinivas's Rabasa - Rs 3.5 - 4 crore.
Wide releases for the biggies have helped the Overseas distributors to mint money in the recent past. Hopefully, all these four biggies finds a solo release to set the cash registers ringing.
