Jayalalithaa's Niece sensational comments
By: Tupaki Desk | 7 Dec 2016 4:21 PM GMTJayalalithaa's nephew Deepak Jayakumar and niece Deepa Jayakumar (Son & Daughter of Jayalalithaa's late Brother J Jayakumar) came to limelight after the demise of the six-time Tamil Nadu Chief Minister.
Speaking to TV Channels recently, Deepa alleged she wasn't allowed to see her ailing aunt Jayalalithaa despite visiting Apollo Hospitals many times since September 22nd. 'I was denied permission even after she suffered cardiac arrest. I was forcibly sent back by cops deployed at the Apollo Hospitals gate after I stood there for one hour,' she complained.
Deepa revealed that differences grew between her father Jayakumar and aunt Jayalalithaa after the wedding of her foster son and Sasikala's nephew Sudhakaran. She claims her family lost access to Jayalalithaa after the demise of her father in 1995. But, Deepa recalls Jayalalithaa was the first person to reach their house when her father passed away. 'My Father used to call her Ammu. She used to call him Pappu,' she disclosed.
The last time Deepa met Jayalalithaa was in 2002. She says the message of her Mother's death in 2013 didn't reach Jayalalithaa on time and hence she didn't come. She also maintains they never had any enmity with Jayalalithaa.
Deepa found fault with Sasikala for performing the last rites of Jayalalithaa. 'I haven't see a woman perform last rites so far. It pained me. There are some undisclosed facts. Very soon, I would reveal them,' he says.
Jayalalithaa didn't attend the marriage of Deepa. She, however, gifted a flat when the newly wed couple sought her blessings. Deepa parted ways with her her hubby after sometime and has been living separately since then.
