Deepika Padukone teamed up with Iranian filmmaker Majid Majidi for a project. The Top Actress was recently spotted at a famous Dhobi Ghat in Mumbai. Pictures of Deepika in a deglamorized avatar during the look test and taking inputs from the Director has now surfaced online. Most of the shoot happens in Mumbai, Delhi, UP, Kashmir and Rajasthan.
Fans couldn't digest upon seeing Deepika Padukone in such a de-glam avatar after playing warrior queen in 'Bajirao Mastani' and hot chic in 'XXX: The Return Xander Age'. May be, Dippy felt the need for change and she sees it as an opportunity to expand her reach to other countries.
Deepika also signed 'Padmavati' under the direction of Sanjay Leela Bhansali. She will be seen in a royal attire in this period flick. Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor play male leads.
