Defeated MLA Candidates Turn MP Candidates!

Congress Leadership seems to fielding MLAs Candidates who faced defeat in 2018 Telangana Assembly Polls as it's candidates in the upcoming Lok Sabha Polls. If they can't win the trust of people in a single Segment, Can these Leaders win in the Lok Sabha Segment with 7 Assembly Constituencies?
Generally, Most Parties won't prefer the Leaders who faced defeat in the recent polls as its candidates. In contrast, Congress Party is keen to offer MP Tickets for DK Aruna, Revanth Reddy, Komatireddy, Ponnam Prabhakar, Damodhar Rajanarasimha, Srisailam Goud and Ponnala Lakshmaiah. There is severe criticism within the Congress Party that tickets were offered to the same leaders repeatedly. Where is the scope for new blood in the party?
If the buzz is true, Asifabad MLA Sukku and Mulugu MLA Seethakka will be made to contest Lok Sabha Polls. It's like a self goal by Congress if this really happens.
