In what it could be a shocker Defence secretary Ajay Kumar got infected with the pandemic and tested positive for the virus. As a result, he was kept under hole lazaretto.
It has been reported that Ajay Kumar who developed symptoms of mild fever tested himself for the dreaded virus which declared the Defence secretary positive of the virus.
The Defence secretary's health condition is stable now and he is doing well now. The authorities have started to trace the details of persons who may have come in contact with him.
Ajay Kumar is the first-ever top government official to get infected with the dreaded virus. As a result, the first floor of the South Block which accommodates his office was being sanitized.
All the required safety precautions were being taken by the authorities to see that the contagious virus is not spread further.
