Soon after the completion of T-Bill, land prices in Seemandhra raised to peak level. In majority of the main cities, land rate literally doubled in a span of 1 week. If Seemandhra turns out to be a new state, majority of the interest will be on Vizag, Vijayawada and few more coastal regions.
Several companies are expected to be concentrated on the coastal corridor in Seemandhra. Hence, several people are showing interest in buying land in these developing areas. As Capital hunt is still on progress, land dealers are increasing the rates saying that the capital city will be in that region.
