Delhi Air Quality Drops To 'Very Poor'
By: Tupaki Desk | 14 Oct 2019 11:07 AM GMTThe air quality in the National Capital dropped to the "Very Poor" category on October 14, the overall Air Quality Index (AQI) in Delhi touched to 301 mark by 10 pm.
Earlier the Air Quality had deteriorated in some parts of the city, during nit it came to 'Very Poor' category in all the parts of National Capital.
An AQI between 0 and 50 is considered 'good', 51 and 100 'satisfactory', 101 and 200 'moderate', 201 and 300 'poor', 301 and 400 'very poor', and 401 and 500 'severe'.
According to the Central Pollution Control Board data, the AQI in Anand Vihar 327, Waxirpur was 323, Vivek Vihar was 317, Mundka was 309, Bawana was 302 and Jahangirpuri was 300 respectively.
