MLA arrested for molestation Women

Delhi Police arrested Aam Admi Party (AAP) Legislator Dinesh Mohaniya on Saturday for allegedly molesting and sexual harassing a women.
Following this development, Arvind Kejriwal commented that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has declared emergency in New Delhi. He alleged PM has been terrorizing and harassing elected representatives with false cases.
AAP Chief questioned Modi what message does he wants to send by arresting an MLA during a press conference where the whole media was present.
Dinesh Mohaniya on Friday outraged the modesty of a women when they complained about the severe water crisis in the locality. A case was booked under non-bailable sections against the Legislator. After arrest, He was sent to 14-days judicial custody.
