Dengue Issue Troubles KCR Govt Yet Again
X
Since October this year, Telangana High Court has been finding fault with the TRS Government over its failure in controlling the mosquito menace. Several People in the state kept falling prey for mosquito-borne diseases such as dengue.

In October, High Court had asked the State Government to pay Rs 50 lakh ex-gratia to the kin of those who died due to dengue if it can't control the mosquito-borne diseases.

While hearing a petition filed on Dengue menace in Telangana, The High Court sought explanation from the TRS Government about the measures taken to curb the spread of diseases. Justice expressed his displeasure over the inappropriate details provided by the Government. State Government was questioned why it failed to procure vehicles that kill mosquitoes even though the orders were passed two weeks ago. A strong-worded comment was made that this Government has been doing nothing much other than focussing on the paper work. Some more time was allotted to the State Government for submission of a complete report.

Troubles for the TRS Government from the high court might continue for a longer period. Health Care and RTC Issues are worrying KCR more than anything else.
