Deputy CM's Convoy Vehicle overturns, 8 Injured!

A car in Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Nimmakaya Chinnarajappa's convoy overturned on Saturday near Pullaiah Swamy Satram at Maidakur mandal in Kadapa.

About 8 people including the driver have been injured and 2 of them have been in serious condition. All the injured have been rushed to nearby hospital.

Nimmakaya Chinnarajappa has been in Kadapa for a 2-day tour. This incident happened while he was on his way to Janmabhoomi and Maa Ooru programmes. The injured have been identified as TDP Workers hailing from Maidakur mandal.

The visuals show vehicle which was in a very bad condition post the accident. Over-speed is said to be the major reason behind the accident.
