Seemandhra region is the one which is expected to be the rapidly developing region in South India. Sonia Gandhi allocated high package to this region to build the capital. In fact, she allocated this package just for the next 5 years span. Analysts are saying that it will take atleast 10 -15 years to build and develop the region.
In spite of these aspects, development started in Seemandhra. Land rates raised to the peak in Vizag soon after the completion of T-Bill. Real Estate giants who made lots of money in Hyderabad few years back are now shifting their base to Vizag and Vijayawada.
Compared to other fields, Real Estate is a bit faster and in SeemandhraÂ’s case, it is more faster. Land rates are now touching the skies in these regions. If Sonia Gandhi supports Seemandhra with lots of package and several development activities, we can expect this region to dominate all other states in South India.
