Devineni Uma doesn't respond to my calls

Telangana Irrigation Minister Harish Rao have come up with sensational allegations on Andhra Pradesh Irrigation minister Devineni Uma. From past few months both telugu states have been witnessing battle over construction of irrigation projects and water sharing.
To end the disputes Harish Rao took an initiative by calling Andhra Pradesh Irrigation Minister and requested him for peace talks to clear the standoff in the distribution of water for both the states. But it seems Devineni didn't paid heed to Harish Rao Proposal.
Today Harish Rao said that there was no response from Devineni despite his repeated attempts. Harish Rao said he has tried five times to reach Devineni to discuss about Pulichintala project but said all his efforts went in vain.
Harish Rao said in the past he has successfully approached ministers of neighboring states Karnataka and Maharashtra and discussed several issues but AP was unconcerned about his proposals.
