Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao used objectionable language while giving a counter to the allegations of AP Minister Devineni Uma regarding the Palamuru lift-irrigation project.
KCR: "AP Irrigation Minister...Oka Sannasi. He says there is no permission for Palamuru lift-irrigation project. Krishna Nadi Nee Abba Jaagira Ra? Who gave you the permission to built Handrineva, Pothireddy, Kandaleru, Somasila, Veligodu, Veligonda projects in United AP? From whom did you get permission to take up Pattiseema project? You don't have the right to question me".
On the statement of AP Minister that he will report the matter to Narendra Modi, KCR reacted: "Narendra Modi isn't the Prime Minister for AP alone. Will Modi stop Palamuru believing dogs like you. I will built Palamuru at any cost. This is my pledge".
