Dharmadi Satyam To Be Hounred With YSR Lifetime Achievement Award

The YS Jagan Mohan Reddy government has earlier announced that they will be giving YSR Life Time Achievement award to the eminent persons in various fields such as sports, literature, science and technology, and social service. A cash prize of Rs. 10 lakh will be given to the winners along with the award.
The state cabinet has selected Dharmadi Satyam and his team who have worked very hard to extract the Royal Vashishtha boat that sunk in the Godavari River at Kulchullur killing almost 50 passengers. In spite of facing so many difficulties, Saytam and his team brought the boat to the shore. His heroic act was applauded by many.
Recognizing his great work, the AP government is getting ready to honor him with the YSR lifetime achievement award. "Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has decided to give YSR Lifetime Achievement Award to Dharmadi Satyam," said Agriculture Minister Kurasala Kannababu.
"The government has decided to award YSR Lifetime Achievement Awards for talented people who have served the public sector in various fields. In this regard, the government decided in the Cabinet meeting," he added.
