Dhoni invites Chaiwala to Dinner

Mahendra Singh Dhoni hasn't forgotten his roots and the people whom he knew before becoming a Superstar of Indian Cricket. Before his International debut, The Former Skipper worked as Ticket Collector of South Eastern Railways at Kharagpur Station in West Bengal. It was then he used to have tea at least 2-3 per day at the shop owned by Thomas on the platform.
Upon knowing that Dhoni is playing for Jharkhand Team in the Vijay Hazare Trophy played at West Bengal, Thomas travelled to Kolkata from Kharagpur to catch a glimpse of his Old Customer.
To his surprise, Dhoni recognized Thomas instantly and even invited him for dinner at the hotel where the Jharkhand Team is currently staying. Touched by the gesture, Thomas declared he would rename his Tea Stall in Kharagpur as 'Dhoni Tea Stall'.
