Dhoni is Under Threat?

It maybe sudden decision, but surprised everyone. Given many speculations on Dhoni future with Indian Cricket team. Jharkhand state government took decision on reducing the security to Dhoni. Till now Dhoni is in Z category, this converted in to Y category now. Due to this the security personnel reduced from nine to seven.
State government stating that as per intelligence reports there is no threat for him from any sources. Due to this reason only government taken this decision, but they are confirming that Dhoni will have this security thought India wherever he travel. On the other side its giving much surprise to everyone, does it implication for Indian team failures? Or itÂ’s a general decision which came in this moment?
Indian cricket team already loosing series of matches continuously, till now itÂ’s only own one test match out of 4 matches losing two. Does team win the last test match to equal the series or by losing it will prove again as foreign cat? What Dhoni team will do? LetÂ’s wait and watch.
