AP Minister Ayyanna Patrudu opined Leaders who can't even sing Vande Mataram properly have been becoming Ministers and MLAs. He wants Election Commission to make it mandatory that candidates should be able to sing the National Song without any errors while filing their nominations. At the same time, Nominations of those Leaders who fail to do so must be rejected.
