Did Chandrababu Come To AP For Conducting Mahanadu Online?

What did Chandrababu Naiduâs two-day visit to AP achieve? He came on Wednesday amid much fanfare, then went to his residence on the Krishna river bund area. Then he addressed the Mahanadu through zoom app by sitting at home. On Friday, he quietly returned to Hyderabad.
This means he would be in Hyderabad from now, giving interviews to the media and talking to party workers through online conferencing apps. So, why did he go to Andhra Pradesh in the first place? According to the application submitted to the AP DGP, it is meant to console the victims of the LP-Polymers gas leak tragedy. But, citing non-availability of planes, he did not even bother to go to Vizag. If he really wanted, he could have made an overnight travel and gone to Vizag to console the victims. Yet, Chandrababu did not chose to do so. More curiously, he spent the whole time for the two-day Mahanadu. He could have done this even from Hyderabad as the whole affair was conducted through Zoom app.
At the end of this exercise, Chandrababu would only go down in the history of India as the politician who stayed out of the state for such a long time. He has stayed in Hyderabad all through the lockdown, and visited AP only for just two days.
