VIP Treatment in Jail: Brave Cop victimized!

DIG (Prisons) D Roopa complains she is being targeted after exposing the VIP Treatment offered to VK Sasikala Natarajan & Stamp Scam convict Abdul Karim Telgi in Parappana Agrahara Central Prison in Bengaluru. The Senior Cop claims she wouldn't have exposed the irregularities had if she have anything to hide.
Roopa expressed her happiness over the probe ordered by Karnataka Government on VIP Culture in the prison. She wrote a letter to Government seeking interrogation of Parappana Agrahara Central Jail Jailer Krishna Kumar and stringent action against him.
Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah found fault with D Roopa for leaking the matter to media against the service rules. However, Roopa clarifies it's not fair to assume she had leaked the report which was sent by her to five senior officials.
Vinay Kumar will be beginning the probe from finding out how the report of D Roopa was leaked. As Vinay Kumar will be visiting Parappana Agrahara Jail on Sunday, DGP (Prisons) Satyanarayana Rao visited the Central Jail to ensure premises remained clean and no VIP Treatment was provided. Earlier, Roopa suspected the role of Mr.Rao in the VIP Culture in Jail. He, however, condemned the allegations and sought action against her.
