Digvijay Singh marries TV Anchor

The love life of Senior Congress Leader Digvijay Singh and Raya Sabha TV Anchor Amrita Rai (44) created a sensation after the leak of their intimate pictures on social media. There after, Digvijay admitted being in a relationship with the TV Personality and expressed his wish to marry her. The 68-Year-Old also informed Amrita Rai has divorced her first husband and condemned encroachment into their private life.
Reports surfaced in the media on Sunday that Digvijay Singh tied the knot with Amrita Rai in Chennai last month. The Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh who is currently in USA confirms that he married Amrita Rai and assures an official announcement soon after his return to India.
Amrita Rai too wrote on her Facebook page: "I would like to share with my friends that I and Digvijay Singh have married in a solemn ceremony, as per the Hindu rites. We have also later registered our marriage".
Digvijay Singh's Wife Asha breathed her last in 2013 due to prolonged illness. The couple have four daughters and a son as well.
