OMG: Kashmir described as India-occupied Kashmir!

Congress General Secretary Digvijay Singh stirred a controversy by describing Kashmir as 'India-occupied Kashmir'. He made this comment while launching attacking on Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his approach in resolving the Kashmir issue.
Digvijay opined PM Modi is more concerned about the Pak-occupied Kashmir than holding talks with India's Kashmir. He states that boosting trust among Kashmiris could be possible only through dialogue.
Actor-turned-Politician Paresh Rawal reacted: 'Digvijay Singh ji calls J&K as 'India occupied Kashmir'. It was his #HappyRakshaBandhan gift to his Pakistani sisters'.
Later, Digvijay corrected his mistake by saying his intention was to say Modi isn't worried about the Kashmir valley but the Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.
