Dileep to move SC after Manager surrendered

High Court denied bail to Malayalam hero Dileep on grounds that he could influence the witnesses and tamper with the evidence if released at the time when the investigation is under progress. The police custody of the actor has been extended till August 8th.
Dileep's Manager Appuni, who has been absconding since the arrest of his Boss, surrendered before police on Monday. Cops have collected crucial information regarding the case from him.
As a result, Dileep decided to approach Supreme Court at the earliest for seeking bail. Why because, The Apex Court wouldn't grant him bail anytime soon if Appuni confirms Dileep's role in the crime.
A criminal case under 10 Sections of IPC including rape, criminal conspiracy, kidnap and wrongful confinement has been booked.
