Director not worrying with Hollywood notices

Dance master turned director Prabhudeva known for his south remakes in Bollywood and the director mark over there as a successful director.Now the director landed himself in troubles for copying the title of Hollywood flick and served with notices from Hollywood production house Warner Brothers requesting for a change of title as they produced an English starring Sharon Stone with the same title 1998
Prabhu presently directing a movie with Ajay Devgan in lead role and it was titled as Action Jackson. Warner Bros reportedly served a 48-hour notice to the makers of the film to change the title or face the legal penalty. An official notice has been sent to makers, Gordhan Tanwani and Baba Films for using the title of their production venture, Action Jackson (1988).
Prabhudeva, however, has decided to not change the title and decides to take Warner Bros. head on. Deva is upset with the fact that the notice has come after they have completed about 70 percent of the film’s shooting with the title ‘Action Jackson’.He added that Warner Bros should have approached the producers' associations rather than sending a notice to the production house.
Prabhu Deva earlier directed flick Rambo Rajkumar title also landed into controversy over title of movie and finally Rambo Rajkumar is renamed as R.Rajkumar. Action Jackson stars Ajay Devgn, Sonakshi Sinha, Yami Gautam and Kunal Roy Kapur.
