Disqualify MLA Chinna Rajappa...Petition Filed!

Nimmakayala Chinna Rajappa is one among the 23 MLAs elected on TDP Ticket in the 2019 Elections. He won against YCP's Thota Vani in Peddapuram Assembly Constituency.
Thota Vani moved the court seeking disqualification of Chinna Rajappa as an MLA. She submitted the details about the cases booked against the Former Home Minister to the court.
A case was booked against Chinna Rajappa after the attack of TDP Leaders on Obulapuram Mining Company. Nagam Janardhan Reddy led this attack on the OMC Office. That case is still pending in the court but Chinna Rajappa hasn't mentioned about it in the election affidavit. So now, Thota Vani is seeking disqualification of the Ex-Minister citing this point.
In the past, Madakasira MLA faced disqualification because of the same reason. What would be the fate of Chinna Rajappa?
