Divorce Case: Actress faints in court

Yester-year heroine Saritha who is known for her role in Maro Charitra film fainted in the court hall. This happened during a hearing on her complaint against her former husband Mukesh. She collapsed in the court premises during the legal procedures.
Saritha married Malayalam actor Mukesh on 2 September 1988 and has two sons Shravan & Tejas. Saritha and Mukesh living separately following the differences in married life. In March 2007, the couple filed for divorce and it was withdrawn in 2011 by Saritha.
Meanwhile Mukesh had married popular dancer Methil Devika. After knowing about second marriage of her husband Saritha filed a petition at Ernakulam family court in February, claiming that Mukesh remarried without divorcing her.
But Mukesh bashed the allegations and submitted documents saying Chennai family court has granted divorce for him. However Saritha alleged that Mukesh acquired the divorce within such a short span of time, with his influences.
As the case is prolonging Saritha and Mukesh has been attending the counseling sessions, which was held at Ernakulam family court.
