Do These Casts Dominate Social Media?

Social media dominated the old media and now people started expressing their views in New media ie Social Media, the real facts are letting out. The latest survey conducted on Social media by Delhi's Lokniti and Center for the Study of Developing Societies (CSDS), in collaboration with another German-based company, surveyed the caste response. The report is titled Social Media and Political Behavior.
According to the survey report, Upper caste people continue to dominate Social Networkings, Dalits and Tribals lag. More than 15 percent of users who are active on social media are Upper Caste. The remaining eight percent of Dalits and 7 percent of the tribal users are active on social media. While people in cities are far more likely to use Social Media
The survey also found that 9 percent of BC's are active in social media. The survey identified social media as one of the main reasons for the BJP's strengthening in the country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has recognized the impact of social media since before the 2014 elections and since then has broadened the party line in terms of social media. For this purpose, special teams have been appointed. Another major party congress is trying it's best. Rahul Gandhi has been trying to increase the scope of Congress on social media for the past two years.
