Does Priyanka Vadra know Mathematics?

Is Priyanka Vadra poor in mathematics? Well, gauging from her calculations about the migrant labourers, one gets a feeling that she does not know her maths. Her poor "computing skills" have come to light during her recent standoff over guest workers.
Initially, she sought permission from UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to send in migrant workers to UP in about 4000 buses. Later, when CM Yogi Adityanath asked her to furnish the registration numbers of the buses, she scaled down the number from 4000 to just 1000. At least a third of the buses are not plying-worthy. She then asked Yogi to allow these buses so that 92000 migrant workers could reach their homes. Now wait! Each bus can ply up to 40 to 45 persons only. In view of the social distancing, not more than 20 persons could be allowed into the bus. This means, the buses that Priyanka Vadra promised could ply just no more than 2000 persons. But, she is claiming that she would send 92000 into the UP. This only means that each bus will have to make 45 trips. Will these buses be sanitized before and after each trip? Does the Congress have the wherewithal to do it?
Can Priyanka Gandhi explain the claims about migrant workers? Or is it just another gimmick that the politicians play to garner headlines in the media? Any which way, Priyanka Vadra has landed in a soup.
