Stray Dogs kill 20-Month-Old Boy in AP

Stray Dogs killed 20-Month-Old Boy Shiva Keshav in Visakhapatnam. The incident happened when the kid had stepped out of his house to play on Friday.
Shiva Keshav is the son of a watchman working in a building on the RK Beach Road. About five dogs attacked the boy and attempts of the parents to rescue him didn't yield results. The dogs have torn him apart by the time residents rushed to the spot. Soon, The boy was rushed to the King George Hospital where he was declared brought dead and Doctors identified around 200 bites on the body.
In April this year, A 5-Year-Old was killed similar fashion by stray dogs in Guntur. Two Kids suffered serious injuries in an attack by stray dogs in Kadapa district recently.
Several dog bite incident were reported in AP Districts on daily basis in the recent past. This is a clear case of failure of Municipal Authorities.
